Retreading:
SHITAL has established a wide
reputation as a leading tyre retreads manufacturer. Tyre retreading has
been our core business since 1989. We are committed to quality
management and confidant that our retread is safe and durable.
Throughout these years our product and services have received very
encouraging support from our valuable customers. The main objective of
our Business Development Plan is to produce reliable retread that has
good characteristic in mileage, heat dispersion and traction. It has
been our greatest challenge in promoting the appropriate rubber
compounds and treads pattern that can offer better value and more
strength.
Our present facilities can retread of tyres for passenger car, pick-up,
truck, OTR and earthmovers. We are allowed to expand our business to an
overall rubber compounding, offering our services for the supply of
quality materials for the retreading industry. Besides supplying all of
shital's own retreading requirements, Shital exports pre cured tread
rubbers, cushion gum, strip rubber compound for passenger and truck,
master batch, camelback and custom-made compounding.
Rubber Flooring:
As a result we have to expand our Product range upto the rubber
floorings, tyre recycling, to meet their increasing demand. We are a
worldwide manufacturer/supplier of high quality rubber flooring products
made primarily from recycled rubber or other environmentally friendly
compounds that are designed specifically for high traffic or high abuse
areas in all types of retail and commercial buildings. We will, at all
times, strive to maintain the high standards set forth in the "Total
Quality Management" or "TQM" philosophy. The ultimate end goal is the
preservation of the world's natural resources through creative
engineering.
A pioneer in creating, manufacturing, designing and marketing of
children playground flooring in India, known as Sun-Flex. We design and
develop our products ourselves to make production as rational and as
cost effective as possible. We have designed and built many creative and
unique playground areas. The most essential issue to note is that we
follow a series of working process with our clients to arrive at these
designs.
